Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Astra Brain, the analytics platform operated by Fulcrum Digital LLC (5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #32329, Casper, WY 82609, USA) at brain.astra-brands.com (the "Platform"), including this public website.

1. Nature of the service

The Platform is proprietary software built, owned and operated by Fulcrum Digital LLC to manage and measure advertising and commerce performance for the storefronts and advertising accounts under its management. There is no public self-service registration; access is provisioned by Fulcrum Digital LLC.

2. Access

  • Access to the signed-in Platform is limited to authorised staff and contractors, under credentials issued by Fulcrum Digital LLC.
  • Unauthorised access attempts are prohibited.
  • We may suspend or revoke access at any time, without notice.

3. Acceptable use

Authorised users must not:

  • share credentials or session tokens with anyone;
  • extract, disclose or misuse business data available in the Platform outside their work for Fulcrum Digital LLC;
  • use the Platform in a way that violates applicable law or the policies of the third-party services it integrates with (including the Google Ads API policies).

4. Intellectual property

All software, design, content and data on the Platform are the property of Fulcrum Digital LLC or its licensors. No rights are granted by making this website publicly viewable.

5. Third-party services

The Platform integrates with the services used to run the storefronts we manage — including Shopify, Google Ads and Klaviyo. Use of those integrations is governed by our agreements with those providers, and data obtained from them is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. No warranty

The public pages of this website are provided "as is" for informational purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fulcrum Digital LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability or accuracy of this website.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fulcrum Digital LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website or the Platform.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any dispute arising from them will be submitted to the competent courts of the State of Wyoming.
